Cinderella’s glass slipper gets the Christian Louboutin treatment
Christian Louboutin’s shoes are pretty magical enough as it is, and no one can really argue that they don’t make every girl feel like a Princess when she slips one on either…
However, Walt Disney is going one step further by asking the shoe maestro to give Cinderella’s iconic glass slipper a make-over – all in celebration of the film making a very welcome return to Blu-Ray and DVD.
“I have been so lucky to have crossed paths with Cinderella, an icon who is so emblematic to the shoe world as well as the dream world,” said Christian Louboutin about the project.
The film is due to be released on Blu-Ray and DVD in the autumn, and Christian Louboutin’s interpretation of Cinderella’s glass slipper will be revealed in the summer.
We can’t wait to see what he comes up with!
