Zooey Deschanel becomes the new ambassador of Pantene
Apart from her quirkiness and the fact that she is cute as a button, one of the best things about Zooey Deschanel is her gorgeous head of hair.
Therefore it doesn’t surprise us in the slightest to learn that she has been snapped up by Pantene to be the face – and hair – of its Beautiful Lengths collection.
“I am so excited to be a part of the Pantene family,” Zooey said in a statement. “Anyone who knows me knows that I am really into hair. I’m a real girly girl and love doing my hair and experimenting with different styles.”
“I washed my hair last night with the products, went to bed with my hair wet and when I woke up my hair looked really great. That’s half the battle! It makes my life easier.”
Zooey will also be lending her support to the brand’s Beautiful Lengths Program, which aims to raise money to make human-hair wigs for women battling cancer. “They’re helping to provide confidence,” she said. “You can’t put a price on that.”
We can expect to see Zooey’s Pantene ads all over the TV, magazine pages and online from August. Can’t wait!
