Carine Roitfeld staging an “all-black” fashion show in Cannes, becomes a grandma
Does Carine Roitfeld ever sleep? You’d think that leaving French Vogue would have given her some time to herself, but nope!
Carine will be staging the first ever amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala in Cannes next week, and is determined to present a collection that will showcase her love of the perfect black wardrobe.
An array of the hottest fashion designers – including the likes of Chanel, Christian Dior, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton and Christopher Kane to name just a few – have provided the outfits for the fashion show.
The outfits will then be auctioned off at the end of the evening… doesn’t sound bad, does it?
And can you imagine the guest list at this fashion show? Prepare to be dazzled by some seriously glam front rowers!
And in other Carine news… she has become a grandma for the very first time, as her daughter Julia Restoin Roitfeld has just given birth! Congrats!
