Cannes Film Festival 2012 Day 2 – the best dressed!

18th May 2012 11:47 am

Given her spectacular first look yesterday, it comes as no surprise to learn that Eva Longoria has once again found herself on our best dressed list for the second day of the Cannes Film Festival.

Clearly aware that the white worked wonders for her, Eva stepped onto the red carpet in another white creation, this time by way of a sexy, figure-hugging, low-cut Emilio Pucci number, which she teamed with Hollywood-ready side-swept waves.

We’ve loved Elie Saab on the red carpet this year, and Fan Bing Bing added to this by looking divine in her nude Elie Saab Couture gown, which she wore with an un-distracting high bun and a sparkly box clutch.

We got two very different (but equally beautiful) looks from Marion Cotillard too; her first outfit – a cute, flirty peach dress – came from the Christian Dior spring/summer 2012 catwalk, while the strapless black and navy ball gown she changed into came from the Christian Dior Couture one!

We noticed that Freida Pinto’s sartorial choices didn’t go down too well with everyone yesterday, which baffled us as we personally thought she looked flawless. However, we hope Freida will have redeemed herself by wearing this bright and beautiful Atelier Versace dress, with another daring thigh high split. Suddenly, Angelina Jolie‘s right leg doesn’t seem so out of the ordinary!

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
