Love or Hate: Eva Longoria in Rupert Sanderson
Eva Longoria has been our Queen of Cannes this year, thanks to the gorgeous Marchesa dress she wore to the opening ceremony and then every single frock after that. However, it isn’t just the fairytale-worthy gowns that have us championing the Desperate Housewives star. Eva’s casual/dressed down looks are just as attention grabbing. Take this one for example…
There are many red-carpet-ready aspects to this look, such as lots of sparkly bling, screen siren waves and Hollywood goddess make-up. Then there’s the slightly more unconventional sartorial choice of a jumpsuit. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea but we personally love it when a celeb mixes it up (and gets it right, of course) and this is a perfect example of it.
What we love the most about this outfit though, is the fact that she is wearing Rupert Sanderson Figaro shoes. It’s not just Kate Middleton who likes to support British designers, y’know!
We think the shoes really work with this kind of outfit… the jumpsuit almost forces you to focus on the shoes, which is exactly what you want when they’re that pretty!
