J Crew is coming to London!

21st June 2012 9:00 am

That’s right folks, your fave preppy American store J Crew is coming to British shores… and it’s heading straight for London. Wahoo!

If you think your friends and family that are flocking to the Capital for the Olympics will be able to do a nice spot of J Crew shopping while they’re here though, we’re going to have to burst your bubble and tell you that it won’t be opening until next year!

According to WWD, “industry sources” in London say that Millard “Mickey” Drexler, (the chairman and CEO of the brand) is meeting with real estate agents this week in a bid to find the perfect central London home for the store. We hope the location is a good’un and only a stumble away from an equally fab shop!

We think it’ll be worth the wait though; do you?

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
