Midweek Moodboard: Pretty pastels!

27th June 2012 12:45 pm

We may be getting an infiltration of brand new Resort collections right now, but there’s still a few autumn/winter 2012 looks that we’re not quite ready say goodbye to just yet. Mainly all the pretty pastels as displayed in Raf Simons’ final collection for Jil Sander.

We’re into our pastels more than ever this week, as Wimbledon has got us into appreciating the lighter side of fashion. If you want to embrace the lightness but think all-white is a tad too boring, or indeed too bold and in your face, pastels are the way to go.

Take a look at these pieces we’ve selected that should help prove our point that pastel is pretty much perfect. Enjoy!

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
