First look at the Somerset by Temperley for John Lewis collection
Back in May we told you about Alice Temperley’s exciting new project – her Somerset by Temperley line with John Lewis – and now it’s time to take a sneaky peek at the collection thanks to British Vogue.
We’ve selected four of our favourite looks from the collection which was unveiled at an exclusive fashion show yesterday, but make sure you head to the website to check out each and every one so you can start working on your wish-list. The pieces have a very ‘boho chic’ feel to them, but they’re still versatile enough for everyone to wear.
“I think most women want their wardrobe to be versatile; to be stylish without being trendy; to be well-made and hard-working,” the designer said. “Since the recession, customers are spending more on investment pieces – but they want high-street buys to work harder. They want pieces that transcend seasons, and to wear in the city or the country, from the office to a night out.”
