Happy days! Stella McCartney will reportedly be launching an eco-friendly, mid-range lingerie line simply entitled “Stella” – and apparently it’s hitting stores as early as next month!

“Well-made lingerie is key,” the designer told the New York Times’. “Feeling constricted by one’s underwear just isn’t my thing; you need to rely on the quality. It has to fit, function and do its job first and foremost.”

We totally agree! The collection will comprise of underwear created from organic cotton and recycled metal (for the bra straps) in colours such as black, electric blue, blush pink and python. We reckon customers will think the price points are pretty fair too – bras cost $55, while knickers cost from just $26.

What do you guys think? Would you be tempted to snap some eco-friendly, mid-range Stella up?
