Kate Middleton plays table tennis in Hobbs dress

27th July 2012 9:25 am

Kate Middleton has been quiet these past few days but we plan on seeing a lot more of her and hubby Prince William now that the Olympic Games are kicking off. She is an ambassador of Team GB, after all! (Just a matter of hours until the opening ceremony, people!)

The Duchess of Cambridge joined Prince William and Prince Harry and engaged in a spot of table tennis in South East London yesterday, wearing a linen ‘Wessex’ dress from high street store Hobbs.

It originally cost £119, was then reduced to just £35 (!!) but is now understandably sold out. The Kate effect – need we say more? She accessorised with a cute woven belt and Pied a Terre espadrilles, which she took off while playing tennis so she could get well and truly stuck in to the game. That’s our girl!

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
