Kate Middleton wears blue Whistles dress to London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony
As well as Posh, Ginger, Sporty, Baby and Ginger Spice and a bevy of gold-clad iconic supermodels, there was one other person we were looking forward to seeing at the London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony… and of course that was Kate Middleton.
The Duchess of Cambridge looked poised, elegant, dignified and generally gorgeous, as usual, as she watched the ceremony in the prime viewing position with brother-in-law Prince Harry.
Kate’s blue Whistles ‘Bella’ dress wasn’t particularly groundbreaking and it wasn’t anything we hadn’t seen before – Kate looked like same old Kate Middleton, but that’s never really going to be a bad thing, is it?
Akin to her Opening Ceremony outfit, this dress was also “recycled” as she had previously worn it back in June to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert. As usual, another unflawed appearance from the Duchess. We wonder what her next official event will be…
