Midweek Moodboard: Bold purples and plums

While Fifty Shades of Grey continues to take over the literary world, there are more than a few shades of purple that have the fashion world buzzing too.

Deep violets, like the shade of the dress Eva Longoria wore to the Global Gift Gala, and a slightly more subtle lavender hue have been hot property both on and off the catwalks and red carpets – and now it’s time for us to inject them into our wardrobes too.

Today, it’s all about the former bold violet shade (keep your eyes peeled for our take on lavender in the coming weeks!) and its plum counterpart, and we’ve found more than a few juicy pieces to tempt you with. Maybe we won’t all look as goddess-like as Eva Longoria, but we sure as heck can try!
