Harper’s Bazaar UK celebrates the model as Joan Smalls and Laetitia Casta cover October issue

5th September 2012 10:27 am

As much as we love the hottest celebs on the front covers of magazines (Kristen Stewart on the front of October’s British Vogue is a prime example) we get stupidly excited when the mags go back to their roots and stick the models on the front covers too.

We really commend Harper’s Bazaar UK’s decision to put not one, but two models on the October cover – and those models are none other than the wonderful Joan Smalls and Laetitia Casta. Two stunning ladies in their own right who showcase the respective rising and existing talent of the modelling world.

Both girls get a lot of attention inside the mag too, with their own editorial pictures and interviews, so it really is a two for the price of one deal. We couldn’t possibly choose a favourite so we think we might close our eyes and do a lucky dip when it comes down to picking one up in the shops. Which one are you drawn to?

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
