The wait is finally over, as Brad Pitt’s full ad campaign for Chanel No.5 has finally been unveiled. It couldn’t have come at a better day if we’re being honest; we needed something good to get us through this dreary Monday morning and this will definitely do quite nicely. Thank you, Brad!
“What’s important to remember about Chanel No.5 is how revolutionary this fragrance is,” Brad said in a statement. “When it was introduced, it broke all the rules. Chanel No.5 has always been the most iconic women’s fragrance.
“The beauty of its success for all these years is both elegantly simple and complex at the same time. That’s what I see being the appeal of this campaign ; it goes beyond the abstract of emotion or beauty to evoke what is timeless, a woman’s spirit.”
What do you guys make of the campaign image? The video is just as haunting, brooding and seductive as we anticipated, as Brad and his sexy dulcet tones treat us to a 30-second monologue about journey, dreams, fate, fortune… and how Chanel No.5 is “inevitable.”
