Poppy Delevingne keeps out the Scotland chill in Chanel
If only we were gorgeous famous models and could don not one but two pieces of Chanel at the next event we attended…
The newly engaged Poppy Delevingne wrapped up warm for the ‘Chanel: Metiers d’Art Pre-Fall 2013′ fashion show in Scotland last night, wearing a full-length double-breasted blue coat from the fashion House’s autumn/winter 2012 collection.
It pretty much looks like it was made for her, giving her a beautiful shape and complementing the warm golden tones of her skin and hair perfectly. We love the addition of the brown furry hat too – something so attention-grabbing could pull focus from the main attraction (which in this case is the coat, natch) but not in Poppy’s case: everything worked together seamlessly and she looked the picture of perfection!
Poppy’s boots added just the right amount of effortless androgyny to the look, and the quilted Chanel handbag just gave the ensemble that final finishing “wow” touch. Flawless – we can all take tips from Poppy for our winter dressing.
