Alice Dellal returns for Boy Chanel SS13 ad campaign

Last year, the blogosphere was buzzing with the news that Karl Lagerfeld had tapped Alice Dellal – a somewhat unlikely choice – for the Boy Chanel ad campaign.

There were a few cynics (we’d like to strongly point out that we were not one of them!) but they were soon silenced when the beautiful ad campaign images and video finally came out. And that was the end of that.

So, we’re quite pleased that Alice and her signature undercut have returned – only this time she’s joined by an actual boy (hello Jake Davies – drool!), and erm… a horse! We think we get the message of the campaign; invest in a Boy Chanel bag, wear your finest, preppiest equestrian garb, and you too might have an encounter with a hunk. It’s a risk we’d be willing to take!

We adore these ads – Kaiser Karl, you’ve done it again! What are your thoughts?

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
