Adele and My Wardrobe founder honoured on Queen’s Birthday List

2013 is definitely Adele’s year. As if winning an Oscar for her James Bond theme song Skyfall wasn’t enough, she has now been awarded an MBE for her services to music as part of the Queen’s Birthday honours list. How is she going to top this year, eh?

Adele wasn’t the only one smiling over the weekend, though– there were plenty of famous fashion faces on the list too. GQ editor and ‘London Collections: Men’ chairman Dylan Jones got an OBE, as did Telegraph writer Hilary Alexander, while My Wardrobe founder Sarah Curran was awarded an MBE for services to the fashion industry.

“I am really proud to have been awarded an MBE,” Sarah said. “It was a real shock and quite surreal. This recognition has only been achieved with the help and support of the amazing team, past and present.”

Congrats, guys!
