autumn-coats

Contrary to what is showing during London Fashion Week next month, the autumn/winter season is fast approaching, and that means tucking the summer clothes away at the back of the wardrobe and bringing back the tights, cardis, jumpers and coats.

But if your old coat is a bit knackered – or even if it’s in perfect condition and you just fancy another one – then we have a few suggestions for you in case you’re in the market for something new.

1. – The perfect coat for those of us wanting to hold onto summer in any way possible. There’s nothing wintry about this bold shade! Hobbs aragon coat, £169

2. – Embrace the new season with this traditional autumnal coat; we’re getting that comfy cosy feeling just looking at it! French Connection checked double-breasted coat, £195

3.– Go bold and feminine with this attention-grabbing coat that will have you twisting and twirling through the autumn leaves! Miss Selfridge red bow coat, £79

4. – No need to have that “shall I wear a coat or will I be alright with just a cardigan?” debate as this beauty is the best of both worlds! Topshop knitted coatigan, £79

5. – Nothing is quite as chic or as traditional as a mac, and this wool and leather creation from DKNY will see you through the entire season as well as seasons to come in the future. It will never get old! DKNY stone wool and leather coat, £756
