You only have to check Kate Middleton’s wardrobe out to see how great and influential British fashion is. And if that still isn’t enough to convince you, catching a small glimpse of what goes on in the Capital during London Fashion Week should do the trick

So, to celebrate and showcase all the fine designer talent we have in this country, My-Wardrobe has launched the London Lab – a collection of some of the greatest pieces from London Fashion Week’s hottest designers. The London Lab initiative was the idea of My-Wardrobe’s fashion director Carmen Borgonovo.

“During my years working as an editor I saw London Fashion Week go through exciting and difficult times; there was a period when London didn’t have the relevance it has now,” she said. “However, the last few years have seen a huge resurgence of talent in London and London Lab is our way of celebrating this.

“Designers are truly showcasing new ideas and thinking outside the box, whilst still understanding the commercial value of fashion and I wanted to create a platform that would champion their vision worldwide.”

You can expect to find pieces from the likes of  Marios Schwab (pictured), J.W. Anderson, Meadham Kirchoff, Ostwald Helgason, Antipodium, Studio Nicholson, Huishan Zhang and many more. Click here to check London Lab out in all its glory.
