Winter is upon us and we’re all getting excited for the wardrobe change.

No matter where we live, or the weather outside, trainers are often most popular footwear choice out there. Now London Fashion Week Collections have deemed these a stylish way to finish your outfit.

Both Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer collections saw designers topping off their couture outfits with a pair of sneakers.

Read on for a recap of this year’s London Fashion Week Collections and the trainers which will no doubt soon hit the shelves near you.

Full soles

Lulu Kennedy – a newly approved guard of Fashion East house tried something new for her 2015 LFW Autumn/Winter Collection. This saw a casual look finished with crisp white sneakers. Pattern Slip-ons

Looking ahead from Winter to the next season, Zandra Rhodes’ Spring and Summer 2016 collection presented the summer palette with embellished trainers. So get yourself a pair of Toms for warm, dry days and remember their one for one campaign will also help somebody in need.

Rubber Band Slip On

Christopher Kane brought a range of slip on trainers to the Spring/Winter London fashion week. Again this reiterated catwalk outfits don’t need six inch heels to achieve fashion status. So go ahead, get comfy in a pair of Adidas Superstar Slip On Trainers!

Pattern Trainers

We have to take our hat off to Christopher Kane one more time. His collection boldly introduced the pattern sneaker with corporate clothing. It’s time to incorporate some colour into your wardrobe with your shoes and Nike Roshe One Print Trainers are great for starters. They’re not over the top and provide a subtitle play on the animal print.

Patchy Trainers

Time to thank the Burberry Prorsum Spring Collection. This was filled with great trainers and styles which we can adopt for every day wear.  It is official, sneakers are the next best shoes in the market so ditch the heels for these New Balance Trainers from Sole Trader and make a statement with fashionable footwear.
