We’re not sure why, but when the clocks go back, we find it even more difficult to find the motivation to workout. Getting out of bed in the morning is a struggle to say the least and going for an evening run seems impossible when faced with the option of curling up on the sofa with a cup of tea and a delicious milk chocolate digestive or two. Yum!
But with the holidays on their way, we know from experience that not maintaining our fitness plan will mean a lot of regret once the new year comes around and we’ve put on a couple of pounds after spending the holidays stuffing ourselves with mince pies and pudding. So what better way to get into the fitness spirit than with some new workout gear for inspiration. Whilst we must admit we tend to purchase most of our fitness pieces from Onlysportsgear.com here’s some of our top finds from other online destinations.
