Beyonce isn’t the only Knowles girl the world is currently obsessed with. Queen Bey’s younger sister Solange Knowles – a musician, model and actress in her own right – has just been snapped up by Next Model Management, the same people who signed up and coming indie singer Lana Del Rey a couple of weeks ago.

“Artistic expression is invaluable to me in all walks of my career and I am so excited to continue to develop this path along with such an amazing team at Next Model Management,” Solange told Vogue. “I feel right at home working with people who have worked beside such creative forces in the world.”

Looks like Next are keen to expand and update their books, and we can totally get where they are coming from signing the littler Knowles girl. After all, anyone from the same gene pool as Beyonce has to have something special, right?

Goddess Beyonce unleashes our inner green-eyed monster (and those of women worldwide) as she poses for Harper’s Bazaar’s November cover.

Photographed by Terry Richardson sans any type of raw meat, Beyonce whips her gorgeous golden mane and flaunts her enviable body in what was clearly a pre-visibly-pregnant state.

Queen Bey opens up about why she and hubby Jay-Z (who she has been with for over ten years) decided to wait until now to have a baby, saying she wanted to build her “empire” first.

“It was important to me that I gave myself time to focus on becoming the woman I want to be, building my empire, my relationship, and my self-worth, before I became a mother,” she said. “Now God has blessed us with the ultimate.”

Bey’s baby has been the talk of the town and the blogosphere as soon as she revealed her bump at the MTV VMAs, but there were other talking points during the interview too, including her fashion inspiration.

“I love Kate Moss. I think she has great style. And I always admire Victoria Beckham and Gisele. Their style is modern but always classic.”

Well said, Beyonce. November’s Harper’s Bazaar is out on October 25th. ^.

Beyonce Knowles must be a really happy bunny right now. Not only is she preggers and glowing but the singer seemed pretty excited with the launch of her line – House of Dereon in Selfridges yesterday. With London in the midst of Fashion Week the launch was timed perfectly!

Joining Beyonce and her mother at the opening were Paloma Faith, Rosario Dawson, Eliza Doolittle and more…

Guests were treated to a taster of the collection via a catwalk show, while Beyonce looked fab in a sequined suit.

Now, it’s no secret that we’re not particularly House of Dereon fans, however featuring printed wrap and baby doll dresses, jumpsuits and mini skirts, the collection does hold something for everyone.

Beyoncé rarely puts a fashion foot wrong when it comes to style, so, when we saw this pic of the singer and her sister Solange attending the J Crew show at New York Fashion Week, we were delighted to see the newly-pregnant Bey working the metallic trend for the season. And boy, does she work it well.

Beyoncé proves that when it comes to sequinned metallics, it’s best to downplay the accessories. She steers clear of jewellery and opts for simple nude heels and effortless waves for an easy-elegant vibe.

And, with its beautiful draping and under-the-bust belt, the Beyoncé baby bump is perfectly concealed. Full points to our fave bootylicious mama for still working the trends full throttle.

So we’ve covered the apple and rectangle body shapes. Now on to the pear. Pear-shaped girls should try and draw attention to their top half. Many of us would love to hit the town and shop till we dropped, without worrying about that dreaded bill at the end. Well, for one lucky Beyonce Knowles, money is certainly no object when it comes to a good old shopping blow out.

Beyoncé and her mum, Tina Knowles, hit London town yesterday on a 90-minute shopping spree at Topshop and Selfridges – with an impressive army of security guards to match.

To everyone’s surprise, the mother and daughter bought normal clothes, from normal shops, and managed to spend a whopping £9,000 (£5,000 in Topshop, £4,000 in Selfridges) without even trying anything on – we bet they’ll regret that when they get home.

The Cut explains one witness reported, “it was like that shopping scene out of Pretty Woman. Everyone was gobsmacked at the speed she was choosing clothes.”

It’s alright for some, eh?

It’s every designer’s dream to dress a top Hollywood celebrity, so imagine Julien Macdonald‘s delight when Beyonce Knowles chose to wear three of his designs in just one week!

“Creating a look for Beyoncé has been a long term dream of mine, as I have been a fan for a very long time,” said Julien.

“I feel incredibly flattered she has chosen my design to represent her on such an international platform.”

The American singer, and wife of rapper Jay-Z, headlined Glastonbury Festival last week, but wore the dresses on the Good Morning America show, reports Vogue UK.

“Meeting Beyoncé to discuss this collaboration, and the whole design process, has been an incredible experience. I’m honoured to have worked with her,” said the designer.

“The fringed knitwear dress which I have created for her reflects the knitwear heritage and very best of the Julien Macdonald brand.”

Indeed it does, Julien.
