Former star of The Hills, Lauren Conrad, has been visiting the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles as part of the Kohl’s Cares programme, to dress and style the patients in clothes from her LC Lauren Conrad collection – aww. 

“There’s nothing like seeing a smile on someone when she gets something she wouldn’t have bought for herself,” she told US weekly. 

“When Kohl’s asked me if I wanted to be involved, it was such a no brainer. This is an opportunity to meet new people and go shopping with some girls. It was very enjoyable. The best part about the holidays is about giving, whether it’s to your favorite organisation or your family and friends. I just think it is such a nice thing to be able to do and it’s my favourite thing to do around the holiday.”

So, that’s what LC is doing for charity this Christmas, but what is she giving her nearest and dearest as far as presents are concerned? US Weekly reports that Lauren’s friends and family will receive Voluspa candles and Sofia champagne – not too shabby.

The lovable Lauren Conrad was spotted on Wednesday making the most of her evening at the My Studio nightclub in West Hollywood in a pair of classic Christian Louboutin pumps.

Pulling her long locks back into a stunning relaxed up ‘do, the unusually smiley reality TV star wore a simple but chic attire of a gorgeous grey dress with classic black peep toe courts by Christian Louboutin.

Spicing up her simple style, her statement necklace adds just enough glamour – and we can’t help but love the way Lauren added an element of rock chick to her look by teaming her dress with a luxe leather biker jacket with cool cropped sleeves. Oh, and the nude snakeskin clutch isn’t bad, either…

The UK does have a great gaggle of fashionista exports, we have Victoria, Cheryl, Alexa, Kate, the list could go on and on. But despite all these very chic very cool lovely ladies it isn’t any of these that have been chosen to feature in their own reality TV show, oh no.

Instead BBC America has decided that Peaches Geldof is the most worthy of fashionistas to follow. Yes it would seem that the famous offspring turned ‘journalist’ is literally the one-to-watch.

The nineteen year old, famous for being famous, will be followed in a MTV ‘The Hills’ style documentary, where we will get an insight into her fabulous life working at NYLON magazine.

The plan is for this to be a long running documentary and they hope that this will give Peaches a Lauren Conrad style status.

However, the last documentary about the rebellious teen Peaches: Disappear Here on MTV, was certainly not a success and did nothing for her street cred.

It is thought that the series will air later this year and will eventually be sold to the UK. But what do you think? Do you want to watch Peaches in action? Or does it just annoy you that she gets this much attention for not doing an awful lot?
