Wow, hasn’t this holiday break gone by in a flash! It was quick, but relaxing, and I spent most of it, eating, drinking and getting my fashion fix from re-runs of Sex and the City. Oh how I do miss Carrie’s style…..many can criticise but she is and will always be a style icon in my eyes.

And to another icon of style, Kate Moss, - whom I still think doesn’t beat Carrie in the style stakes - the New Year has only just begun and Moss is already stealing the headlines with her possible marriage to Pete Doherty. Apparently the two skinny jean lovers didn’t tie the knot but instead engaged in a Buddhist ceremony.

Anyway back to business, as fashion week will soon be upon us, I thought I’d kick of with some dates for the big players

Couture Week: 22nd – 25th January 2007
New York: 2nd – 9th February 2007
London: 12th -16th February 2007
Milan: 17th February - 25th February 2007
Paris: 25th February – 5th March 2007

In addition Glasgow will be holding their fashion week from the 28th March – 31st March 2007.

Former editor of the Daily Mirror and judge of America’s Got Talent, Piers Morgan wasted no time revealing how Kate Moss (who is rumoured to be spending £25,000 to fix Pete Doherty’s rotten teeth) demanded he was thrown out of Nick Knights, Moet & Chandon masked ball last month. Morgan could not contain his laughter after Pete stumbled into a wall while singing during his karaoke performance.

Laughing so hard, he removed his mask, to the horror of Kate who screamed,

‘Oh fucking hell, what the fuck is he doing in here. Just fucking get him out of here.

Apparently Pete was so out of it he had no clue what was going on. Kate got her way and had security march Morgan out of the building. He told the Mail on Sunday,

“Well, just as I thought, she’s a drunken, foul-mouthed, ill-mannered, paranoid Croydon girl with a cocaine-desecrated hooter and spots. And Pete’s a filthy talentless junkie who can’t sing.”

Meanwhile Simon Cowell can’t keep quiet about the fact that he wants to sign Kate who he thinks will sell solely on the fact that she has star appeal and David Walliams and Matt Lucas have convinced her to make a guest appearance on the stage version of Little Britain in aid of Comic Relief.

All in all quite a packed day of news for Miss Moss soon to be Mrs Doherty…

Just when you thought Pete Doherty couldn’t be any fouler….he manages to exceed all expectations. Drug addict Doherty has given his record label Rough trade, no choice but to give him the boot, after injecting himself with heroin after a gig in Berlin, then squirting a syringe full of his blood over two MTV cameramen.

On off girlfriend Kate Moss summoned the musician to her home to tell him exactly what she thought of his irresponsible behaviour but couldn’t find the words and gave him a beating instead.

Doherty said of his encounter with Moss….

“She was angry about the blood-spraying thing. She beat the crap out of me. She laid into me punching and kicking.

“I’m alright, but she hurt my finger. I couldn’t do anything back, because she’s a girl.”

Kate Moss has finally had enough of Pete Doherty and his antics. In an emotional phonecall Kate told the controversial rocker that she would be working in America and he had to move out of her Oxfordshire Mansion in England. Reports of the split came after Doherty had been involved in a Streetfight in North London.

According to friends of the beauty, Moss said: “I still love Pete but can’t put up with his unpredictability anymore. I can’t go on spending every day and night worrying about Pete. He would disappear without a word and I would not hear from him for several days.”

The will they won’t they question has been answered as Kate Moss weds Pete Doherty for a day! According to contactmusic.com the pair married in a mock wedding at the Glastonbury’s Chapel Of Love And Loathing In Lost Vagueness. Valid only for one day, the couple celebrated their pretend union by dancing to Human League “Tell me when”, George Michael “Faith”. Fashion Label Diesel kindly held the party.

Will Kate Moss finally turn her hand to a singing career? Well if her recent antics at her boyfriends recent gig are anything to go by then watch this space…

The model took to the stage with boyfriend rocker Pete Doherty and his band Babyshambles during a student gig at Trinity College in Dublin.

According to The Daily Mail, Kate climbed on stage halfway through the night and grabbed the microphone.

An onlooker told the paper: “She started singing along. Surprisingly, she has a really good voice. She got a big cheer.”
