Interactive shopping
As part of their shopping guides, Jargol’s used the infamous Google maps to create some nicely organised interactive shopping maps. Search for stores via tags or by neighbourhood. Click on an outlet and get a full review with an outside picture shot and details on brands stocked. Of all the cities covered, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco have the most info.

Shopping resources
The internet is becoming so dangerously distracting; it’s difficult not to let yourself get lost for hours jumping from one site to the next. Two sites which have managed to find their way to our internet browsers this week are Fashmatch and thisnext.
Both based on the concept of sharing, fashmatch allows users to create looks, save and share with other community members, while thisnext introduces the idea of “shopcasting”, (creating lists of your shopping recommendations and uploading pictures for all to see). Both are surprisingly addictive!

Bagborroworsteal.com has been operating in the US since April, giving members the chance to rent handbags from some of the industry’s most prestigious names.
For a monthly fee ranging from $11 to $55, customers can borrow the accessory of their choice for as long as they like - and then swap it for another.
