I have been looking for some alternatives to lightweight jackets or wrap-around scarves for some of my Spring and Summer night looks and just came across this twill pleated shrug by doo.ri. I love the simple yet modern look and artistic detailing with soft, origami-esque pleating on the neckline and loose draping at the back.
The lights have dimmed, the trumpets begin to play and the red velvet curtains get ready to part as spring’s travelling troup of circus performers tumble out of an oversized magician’s hat. Adorning all from pierrots to ballerinas, underpinning the dizzy heights of fashion’s stage is the staple of all performers - the humble leotard.
To declare that the weather is unpredicatable right now, would be an understatement. Just last Friday, here in London, hailstones turned to full blown sunshine in the space of a couple of hours.
