NEW YORK — A fashion model working for a top agency was charged with drug possession after U.S. customs officials at John F. Kennedy International Airport found cocaine in her handbag, prosecutors said.

Ingrid Parewijck, 25, was arrested Saturday after she arrived at JFK on an Air France flight from France, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said in a statement Tuesday. Customs officials found three small bags of cocaine, he said.
