It wasn’t so long ago that we asked you this very pressing question for the first time, and with a distinct air of de ja vous we find ourselves asking it once more: are you Britain’s best dressed man? Yes, back in May we told you about men’s mag GQ and their search for Britain’s most sartorially savvy man, but now the gentleman’s style file Esquire has launched their very own quest for the best dressed amongst you.

The impeccable taste and collective fashion eye of Esquire’s style team are being put to the test out on the road as they embark on their tour of Britain’s cities to find the most stylish ordinary man. Visiting cities around the whole of the UK including Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester the team are out on the hunt, and whether you’re a master of the classic gent look or more of a charming rogue they know how to spot a well dressed chap in an instant. And just so we can stay up to date with their stylish findings the Esquire team are making a mini documentary to accompany each city they visit – first stop Bristol which you can watch below.

Esquire – Britain’s best-dressed real man, episode 1 from esquireuk on Vimeo.

Judged by an expert panel that includes Savile Row tailor Richard James, designer Roland Mouret, and head of menswear at Harrods Jason Broderick, the £30,000 prize will include an entire wardrobe of clothes from Harrods, a grooming day at the store’s new Gentleman’s Club and a beautiful Longines watch. Pretty impressive. So if you think you are Britain’s Best Dressed Man you can enter here.

Time to get your best outfit on and start posing…again.
