We’ve got legs, and we know how to use them!

Once thought to be a seasonal trend, the repeated appearance of coloured tights in the collections for AW08 proves that they are here to stay. Online shop www.welovecolors.com is establishing itself as a great place to satisfy all your coloured leg wear needs.

Available in easy-to-wear shades such as light grey, rubine (a merlot-esque red), and black, brighter shades like turquoise, magenta and neon green are available as well. You can also channel your inner burlesque star with their wide array of colored fishnets, or you could go jester with these diamond-patterned tights.

Check out their wild “Splash” line as well for something really daring. The site also offers thigh highs, knee highs, gloves, socks, leotards and footless tights, in practically every shade you can think of. I’ve got my eye on these Gold Splash Metallic tights… when paired with some chunky black leather boots and a black mini, they’d be an interesting twist on the default black.

oooooh, thanks for the heads up! i think thicker monochrome stockings (grey?) work better with chunky sandals (brown?)…so i’m not sure that i like this particular look. the website’s fabulous though!

I love this look. No matter what your personal style is, I think you can find some tights that own up to it. You can go funky or chic. But I think these diamond patterned tights would go better with some black ankle booties. Metallic gold patterned tights are more my style too.
