First Look: Karl by Karl Lagerfeld for Net a Porter

8th December 2011 9:33 am

Following on rather nicely from our previous Chanel post (don’t you love it when these things happen by chance?) is a post where we gush about how much we love the sneaky peeks of the Karl by Karl Lagerfeld line.

As we told you a few months ago, Karl Lagerfeld teamed up with Net a Porter to launch a fabulous and slightly more affordable line that would be hitting the site at the beginning of the new year. And now we have got our hands on a video that shows just what we can expect from the collection.

For starters, we’re loving the rock and roll inspired collars complete with punk-like studs, and akin to Kaiser Karl himself, the collection also features a lot of monochrome. We can’t wait to browse the collection in full and more importantly, get our mitts on some of the pieces when they hit Net a Porter on January 25th – that is, if they don’t sell out within seconds.

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates!

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
