Mulberry and BFC Colleges Council join forces for fab competition!

17th January 2012 10:06 am

Fashion students, listen up. Luxury British brand Mulberry is teaming up with the BFC Colleges Council to launch a competition that gives fashion students the chance to win a £2,000 prize to support them in their chosen design area.

‘We are thrilled to be partnering with the BFC to present the Mulberry design competition in association with the Colleges Council,” said Mulberry’s Creative Director Emma Hill. “The competition has previously produced some great results and we are so excited to see what the students produce for us this year!”

The competition is open to all members of the Colleges Council, with entrants being asked to design a capsule womenswear collection for the autumn/winter 2013 season which features both outerwear and leather.  (If you’re thinking leather jacket, you’re along the right lines!)

Up for it? Know anyone who might be interested in entering?

Good luck!

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
