Every company around is searching for a way to incorporate mobile phones into their business and Topshop is no exception. The store has managed to find a way to further their influence in the youth market by launching a mobile phone style advice service.

In conjunction with Skywire, the service will be an extension of their in-store style advice service and will allow customers to use their mobile phones to interact with Topshop’s style advisors. Shoppers will be able to book appointments, receive advice, receive picture messages of recommended clothing and reserve items.

Managing director of Skywire, Alex Judd, Skywire said of the venture,

“This is a fantastic use of mobile to enhance the unique service that Topshop offers.

With the ability to actually see the clothes that the style advisers are recommending while out of the store, it is a great use of technology.”
