Prince William and Kate Middleton head to the Seychelles for their honeymoon

After nearly two weeks, royal newlyweds, Kate Middleton and Prince William, have finally left the UK to embark on a romantic honeymoon in the gorgeous Seychelles (cue jealousy).

The royal couple arrived at their romantic destination at 7.20am yesterday morning, before being flown by helicopter for a 10 day stay on a private island in a secluded villa all to themselves, reports Vogue UK.

“We are obviously delighted that Prince William and his new wife have decided to honeymoon in the Seychelles,” said a spokesperson from the Seychelles tourism board. “We know they will want some peace and quiet and there couldn’t be a better place for them to find it.”

We can’t help but wonder how much security is surrounding that island. No doubt fashion fans are waiting with anticipation to see Kate’s honeymoon choices…
