Tiffany & Co enlisted the help of celeb stylist turned designer Rachel Zoe to decorate five Tiffany & Co windows in honour of awards season.

Five windows will be created in total in various cities including New York and Los Angeles, each one being inspired by a different era of Tiffany jewels ranging from the 30s to the 70s.

“You have to conceptualise something very large, like a very special idea and concept, but it has to really fit into a very, very small box, so it’s a very specific process,” explained Rachel.

“Fashion overlaps, style-wise, so it was about making [the backgrounds] very different. For example, the 30s and 40s kind of involved more feathers and maribou and diamonds and boudoir.”

Rachel decided to run with the “Hollywood greats” theme for her 60s window displayed above, as she used the Fleur de Mer brooch made famous by Elizabeth Taylor as her main focus of the display. And we think you’ll agree they don’t come greater than the late Elizabeth Taylor!
