We got a lot of positive feedback from you guys about the Collars and Coats Gala in aid of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home that took place earlier this month. If you can remember, 17 designers form the likes of Henry Holland to Jenny Packham created coats or collars for man’s best friend, which were then modelled on the runway. Or dogwalk, if you will.

Jenny Packham made a gorgeous colorful coat for Colleen the four-year-old Siberian Husky, and the designer is now looking for a permanent home for her four legged friend.

“With her David Bowie-style brown and blue eyes and her luscious locks, Colleen made the perfect model, and as a dog-lover I was honoured that she wore my dog coat,” the designer said. “She is a beautiful dog with a wonderful personality, so I’m hoping she will find a home soon, as she will make a fantastic pet for the right family.

“Colleen is one of many dogs needing a new home, but she’s now one of their longest-standing residents, so she really deserves to find the perfect home soon.”

Colleen has been under Battersea’s care for 145 days and is looking for a new home with experienced owners who can keep up with and entertain her. Do you know anyone who might be up for giving this gorgeous girl a home? Click here to find out more and watch a video of her in action.
