It’s Wednesday morning, there are still a few days of hard work left until Friday and the blissfully long Bank Holiday weekend arrives, so we understand if you’re feeling a bit deflated.

However, we have the perfect thing to cheer you up and keep you motivated for a few more days… and that’s David Beckham taking the ‘ALS Ice Bucket Challenge’ that’s taking the social media world by storm. Oh, did we mention it was a topless David Beckham?

According to the video (we’ll summarise here because you may be a bit distracted – that was our error the first few times we watched it) Becks was nominated for the challenge by Ryan Seacrest (thank you Ry!) and in turn nominated Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, and the one and only Leonardo DiCaprio. Swoon!
