Sneaker Customisation event at Foot Locker

To initiate the new adicolor campaign Foot Locker and adidas will organise a one-day only Sneaker customization event to be held at the Foot Locker store in Oxford Street, London on 17th March 2006.

The Superstar II sneaker is part of the exclusive to Foot Locker New York City series designed by adidas collaborator Bill McMullen. Perhaps one of the most iconic shoes ever, the Superstar is an inherent part of New York City style. With its roots firmly embedded in basketball and hip-hop culture this is without doubt the shoe most fitting to the Bill McMullen collaboration.

This particular model comes with a set of changeable tongue patches with graphics of the Big Apple’s five boroughs. The shoe also boasts a multi-coloured graphic that is seen through the translucent sole and embossed details on the heel strap. Foot Locker specialises in exclusive models of top-selling sneakers that are available nowhere else. The Sneaker Customisation event with top graffiti master “Oase” takes this commitment to the next level, offering Foot Locker customers the chance to own a totally unique pair of sneakers.
