Agyness Deyn makes modelling come back for V

12th August 2010 11:20 am

Since shaving all her hair off we haven’t seen that much of Agyness Deyn’s modelling skills, but after taking time out to concentrate on her acting, she’s back with a bang for the latest issue of V magazine – shaved head and all.

Shot by Alasdair McLellan in the uber hip streets of Saint Mark’s Place, Agyness looks every inch the downtown model in her typically cool 90s-inspired East Village style – battered working boots, cropped vest, silver chains, Lennon-esque round frames, dozens of studs and, most importantly, a cigarette all in tow.

We particularly love the close-up shot; sometimes, dare we say it, under all that grungy get-up it’s easy to forget just how beautiful Ms. Deyn is, but we have no doubt this will remind everyone why she was scouted to become a super in the first place.

She’s also sporting the perfect nude lipstick which we’d like to get our hands on immediately. Welcome back Agyness Deyn, we’ve missed you.

Head to www.v magazine.com to see the full shoot and find out a few of Agyness’s favourite NY things.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
