Mischa Barton’s Bags: Don’t Waste Your Money

I’m not a huge fan of celebrity labels. That’s no secret and you can read my rant on the subject here but I promise I’m not being biased as I write my thoughts on Mischa Barton’s new line of handbags.

Last week while window shopping I spotted the collection and was about to walk straight past when I figured why not give it a chance. I wish I could say I was pleasantly suprised but I wasn’t.

The collection line is very bohemian/hobo inspired and design wise its not bad. But it looks and feels cheap and tacky and the logo is with a doubt an eye-sore. I spent about 5mins wondering why anyone would spend money on this rubbish and clearly from the facial expression of the lady next to me she felt the same.

Apparently Mischa has yet to be spotted carrying any of the bags which is surprising considering most celebs are notorious for endlessly plugging their labels but in all honesty we don’t blame her. Prices range from £25 to £170 available at ASOS.com.
