Gwyneth Paltrow gets ‘Modern Preppy’ for Lindex

Ever since rocking up to The Oscars in that show-stealing white Tom Ford dress and cape,  our girl crush on Gwyneth Paltrow has hit new heights. We were so excited to learn that she had been snapped up by Swedish brand Lindex to star in its new Modern Preppy ad campaign. 

Gwyn is definitely getting her prep on while modelling the spring/summer 2012 collection, as she poses in an abundance of striped garments, cute, tailored blazers and skinny coloured jeans.

“I think modern preppy is the way I’m inspired to dress because I grew up wearing a uniform and blazers but always had a twist to it like Doc Marten boots or lots of bracelets,” she says. “I think I grew up always starting from a preppy aesthetic and making my own twist on it, and that’s what I think modern preppy is.”

We think she is rocking those coloured skinnies even better than Kate Middleton – which is really saying something as we adored the Duchess’s denim sartorial choice yesterday.
