Kate Middleton gets patriotic for Saint Patrick’s Day in green Emilia Wickstead

19th March 2012 9:07 am

Kate Middleton has been cropping up everywhere this past week, and we’re loving being able to monitor and take inspiration from her sartorial choices day after day.

Her latest public outing was on Saint Patrick’s Day at the weekend, where she watched a ceremonial military parade and then handed out lucky shamrocks to the soldiers.

The Duchess of Cambridge was very patriotic with her wardrobe selection, by choosing to wear a green coat-dress from Emilia Wickstead and a gorgeous Irish Guards brooch that actually belonged to the Queen Mother. Aww!

And if you love her chocolate brown hat and want to know where she got it from, we can reveal that it’s the Lock & Co Betty Boop hat, which retails for £245.

We think the coat dress is totally become a classic Kate staple; she rocked a gorgeous grey one from Jesiré for her first solo public engagement at the National Portrait Gallery just last month, and as her Emilia Wickstead one has also gone down well with everyone, we predict this won’t be the last time she steps out in one either.
