Blake Lively is the face of Gucci’s new fragrance
Very exciting news this afternoon – Blake Lively has just been revealed as the face of Gucci Première, the fashion House’s brand spanking new perfume.
Yippee! Now Blake and Leighton Meester (who is the face of Vera Wang’s ‘Lovestruck’ scent) can be fragrance buddies!
“In conceiving this fragrance I was inspired by timeless Hollywood glamour and the iconic leading ladies of Hollywood’s golden era,” said Frida Giannini, Gucci’s Creative Director. “Blake’s unique style and charisma brings that allure to life in a very contemporary way.”
The print campaign has been shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and the video commercial was directed by award-winning Nicolas Winding Refn. We will of course share these with you as soon as they drop – you know we don’t like to keep you in suspense for too long!
Gucci Première will premiere, if you will, next month. Excited?
