Free People comes to the UK

5th November 2012 10:50 am

Calling all seventies/bohemian fashion enthusiasts… no longer will you have to make a trip to America to get your hands on some Free People attire, as the label has launched right here in the UK.

Better still, the website has launched this morning, which means you can shop from the comfort of your own home (or office chair – yes ladies, we know you’re partial to a spot of internet shopping while at work!).

“Our designers have always been very inspired by British style and the fashion forward UK customer, so we felt like it was a good fit,” David Hayne, a spokesperson for Free People, told the Telegraph.

“We’ve experienced great demand for the brand already through our US site, and our British fans have been requesting through social sites and our BLDG 25 blog that we bring the brand to the UK, so we were eager to satisfy them with a faster, easier and more hassle-free shopping experience.”

Thanks, guys! You can shop for the pieces above and many more at the brand spanking new Free People UK website; go forth and re-stock your winter wardrobes!

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!

Cameron Diaz pretty in pink for Elle UK December

Elle sure does love a good Cameron Diaz cover, but it isn’t hard to see why the magazine is besotted...
