Seeing as she was revealed as Topshop’s mystery girl in the top secret ad campaign a few months ago, it made perfect sense that Kate Bosworth attended the grand opening of the new store in Los Angeles. Naturally clad in some pretty nifty Topshop gear, obviously!

Kate rocked a chic but edgy denim shirt from the J.W. Anderson for Topshop range, which she paired with a floral jacquard skirt to make the look a tad more feminine. The good news is that both of these pieces are still available to buy, so click the links below to snap them up before they sell out. Kate carried one of those very coveted Proenza Schouler clutch bags, but you can get a similar one from Dorothy Perkins for just a fraction of the price!

This is a great look to try and recreate in the next few months if the weather continues to get better, as it’s a nice cross between edgy and feminine. Fingers crossed the sun continues to shine!

Denim shirt, £50, J.W. Anderson for Topshop available at Topshop

Floral jacquard skirt, $80, Topshop available at Nordstrom

Black clutch, £10, available at Dorothy Perkins

Black wedge trainers, £49, Love Label available at Littlewoods

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
