Our second sneaker surprise of the morning. Hot on the heels of news that Diana Ross and Steve Madden are launching trainer designs, Jimmy Choo have revealed their street-cool sneakers.

They’ve been doing their bit to break their sky-high stilleto signature, have the team at Jimmy Choo: as we speak they’re hard at work designing a range of sheepskin booties in collaboration with UGG Australia.

But currently, Jimmy Choo is joining the likes of Gucci and going Urban-cool with a collection of eight sneakers to improve its street cred, Elle UK reveal.

Naturally, they’re far more stylish than your average trainer: suede and snakeskin designs are finished with gold touches in low and high-top styles, and what with flats being a new spring essential, they’re ready to knock you off your heels this season.
