Happily in Fashion

Lingering unemployment, embattled troops, imploding governments be damned. If the zeitgeist is discernable from how we dress, this is a cheerful moment indeed.

”I really think its a happy time,” said Sonia Gibson, fashion and public relations director for Saks Fifth Avenue at Bal Harbour. “Everything is bright and feminine.”
