First look: Dannii Minogue for M&S

25th March 2010 11:31 am

Since hearing news that then just-pregnant Dannii Minogue would be the star of the new M&S ad, we’ve been eager to catch a peek. And now, as the ads finally hit our screens here in the UK, we’ve done just that – and let’s just say it’s put a spring in our step on this rainy morning.

With her baby bump carefully hidden under flowing floral frocks and the like, Ms. Minogue looks quite the yummy mummy as she steps up to her new role as the face of M&S alongside Twiggy, Lisa Snowdon, VV Bown and Brazilian beauty Ana Beatriz Barros.

And, of course, she’s very excited about working for such a big brand. “I’m an M&S girl, I can’t believe it!” she gushes in a behind the scenes video. “To be part of the brand is incredible, and to be working alongside Twiggy is just…sigh.”

If you haven’t seen the new ad yet, watch it on the M&S website here – trust us, it’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Excuse us, we’re off to sing and dance around in our underwear. Bit much?

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
