A few weeks ago, amidst all that Sex and the City 2 hype, Sarah Jessica Parker was snapped in Manhattan, tottering along in these fabulous never-before-seen Nicholas Kirkwoods. Not one to turn up at any event in the same outfit as someone else, SJP stepped out in the gorgeous one-of-a-kind platforms that just so happened to be designed especially for her. Some people have all the luck, don’t they?
Well, it seems that the Sex and the City star’s luck is heading our way, as a limited stock of these Nicholas Kirkwood’s are due to be sold exclusively at Europe’s luxury online retailer, My Theresa.
Kirkwood has said of the collaboration: ‘I wanted to make something for MyTheresa.com that was light and fun in it’s sensibility, but done on a classic shape that you could wear equally in the day as in the evening.’
The stiletto court shoe features Kirkwood’s trademark architectural form with a geometric platform and strong, clean lines, and injects a futuristic yet feminine aspect with its eye-popping print in silver and pink.
