Lady Gaga gets spanked by Jean Paul Gaultier

Even though an image of Lady Gaga dressed up as a nun and getting spanked by Jean Paul Gaultier should really shock us, to be honest, we’ve barely battered an eyelid. It’s safe to say that when the worlds of two controversial fashion innovators collide, our expectations of normality go out the window.

However, this unusual image didn’t come as a result of Gaga and Gaultier messing around in the name of fashion, it’s actually a promo shot for the duo’s upcoming documentary Gaga by Gaultier, which is set to air in France on June 9th.

Now we all know that Gaga is super loyal to Nicola Formichetti and his creations for Theirry Mugler – she did, after all, purchase his entire spring collection this season, reports Fashionista - but it’s nice to see the pop singer spreading her sartorial wings and seeing what the rest of the style set have to offer.

Especially when that person happens to be Gaga‘s naughty fashion equivalent. After all, having a little Gaultier in your life is always a good thing, right?
