Vivienne Westwood designs capsule collection for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee
Dame Vivienne Westwood has created a luxurious capsule collection to coincide with the momentous celebration that is the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee!
“My clothes allow you to project your personality, and are quite theatrical in the sense that they are real clothes, well-designed, and they give you a chance to express yourself,” the designer said in a press release. “They are also inviting – people respond to them and want to come and talk to you.”
The stunning collection is comprised of red-carpet-ready looks, in materials such as silk satin, taffeta and crepe de chine among others.
As gorgeous as each and every single one is, we have to admit that our favourite by far is the top middle design due to the tasteful and quite subtle Union Jack print. So very Vivienne Westwood, don’t you think?
